Japanloppis!

Yoooo!

Today I went to the japanese flea market in Stockholm (Japanloppisen) with my homies Linn, Pella, Jonathan, Bel, Laura and Shiro! We had a great time, and I found some really nice stuff at the market!

These are the things I bought:

A pair of tattoo tights (loving them already!) with chains and a bird, leopard ring and necklace, a white bow with pearls, and a bag from Liz Lisa!

I am really happy with all of the things I bought, especially the bag! I got it really cheap too! (๑°꒵°๑)･*♡

The tattoo tights makes me want to get a similar tattoo ;3;;

I dolled up like crazy today, I even had a gold chain in my hair! My neck is so sore now, though, since my hair was so heavy on the side! Ugh, the things I go through for fashion...

But I felt very pleased with my look!

Lens Review: Maxiy Barbie Brown (G&G Dolly Brown)

Last week I ordered a pair of Maxiy Barbie Brown lenses from Honeycolor.com, and since they arrived this morning I thought I'd try to make a review on them!

Design: 3/5

I think the design of these lenses look really cute while they're just in the lens containers, but when I put them in my eyes it just sort of... disappears.

Color: 3/5

Since I have quite bright eyes, they don't really cover my eyes all the way and the color looks more like a dark circle around my normal eyes. However, I do think these would look really good on someone with darker eyes!

Comfort: 4/5

These lenses are very soft, and they feel very comfortable! After a while they do get dry and a tiny bit uncomfortable, though, but I experience that with all of my lenses.

Enlargment: 3/5

I'm used to wearing 15.0 mm lenses, so I think these are a little bit too small to be honest. However, I do think they make your eyes bigger, and the size is definately enough! I wouldn't have minded if they were just a little bit bigger though...

All in all I like these lenses. I bought them because I wanted more natural lenses than my extremely vibrant MAX Elegance Tri Tone Green and Violet lenses, and they do their job. They could have been better, but I like them anyway! I will have to get used to the slightly smaller diameter~

Who sucks at updating? I do.

I've been really busy with school and lots of other stuff lately, and my computer have been acting up. But summer break is only three days away, and I've been allowed to use my mothers old computer until I get a new one when I start my new school after summer! So, I'm going to try to be a better blogger from now on. 

Tomorrow me and my band DAiZiES is having a photoshoot, which I am very excited about!

I also have prom tomorrow night~

I'm looking forward to this summer a lot. I won't travel much, since I choose to stay at home when my family decided to travel. I just didn't feel up for it, you know (´Д` )

However, I will spend a lot of time with my friends, and I'm going to a con, and in September I'm going to Finland to see the GazettE live!

Can you believe that? I'm going to see my favourite band, my heroes, live. I'm smiling just by thinking about it ♡ 

Anyway, I need to do some laundry now, so that's it for now!

Bonjour, mon petit croissants ~

So my internet's back up and running!

Yesterday and today I've been working at an office. I've been doing layouts for the company's product information's as well as organizing and documenting their invitations for a seminar they're hosting. (wow i somehow succeeded in making that sound way more important than it actually was)

It was very boring work, but in the end it was all worth it cause the pay is very good and I now have a lot of money to spend in Paris!

That's right, laddies, I'm going to Paris! My flight leaves reeeeaaaalllllyyyyy early tomorrow morning...

Anyway, it'll be just me and my Ma, and it's going to be fantastic! We'll do a lot of shopping, eat at fancy french restaurants, and visit the castle of Versailles! I'm so fucking excited ok

On another note, I fell down the stair when leaving work today.... Stone stairs.... Long stairs... Ouch.... My whole body ached for like forever and right after the fall i was nearly positive I had crushed both my kneecaps and broken my hand. Of course, I didn't break anything but it did bleed a lot and now my knees are all blue all swollen.... ew....

I also bought a book yesterday! I had pre-ordered it a few weeks ago, since I wanted to be sure to get a copy of it. You see, this is the last book, the endgame, the finale, of my favourite book series of all time: GONE

The last book is named LIGHT and as far as I can tell it's a master piece just like the rest of the series. Truly marvelous, the tension is at the top at all times! 

I do recommend these books, but keep in mind that they are quite gruesome! It's true, by every book it just gets more and more bloody and violent. I love it. 

Anyway, I shall continue packing my bags now!

♥ Secret Love ♥

So in Stockholm we have an Asian focused museum called the East Asian Museum, and they've been hosting an exhibition called Secret Love for a few months now. I've been curious on this exhibition since I heard about it, but I never got of my lazy bum to actually go see it. 

A few days ago, however, I discovered that the exhibition would be removed and replaced at the end of this month, and therefore I finally went to see it! And I dragged my lovely pearl Bel with me too ♥

And the exhibition was lovely! Filled with controversial photographs and paintings, videos, interviews and just lots of really cool things really!

We ended up staying longer than we anticipated at the museum, and took a look at some of the other exhibitions too before we went out to sit in the sun and watch the view.

When I got home afterwards I found a nice little surprise in the mail ~

And my new wig arrived the day prior, so I'm quite happy ♥

♥ Sweet 16 ♥

Heeey sweethearts! ♥

I'm really tired, but I figured I'd made a quick post about my birthday! ♥

So today was my 16th birthday!

I got roses from my family last evening since they didn't get the chance to even say good morning this morning. I always have to get up much earlier than the rest of my family, you see... 

Anyway, that was fine!

On my way to school, tho, I suddenly feel the presence of someone behind me. So I turn around, and there's Cecilie with a little candle saying "Congratulations, Nellie!" It were really sweet ♥

After that I just had a normal school day, really. 

Tho after my first class I ran up to my baby Linn's locker and gave her a cake I had baked the night prior, since she's having her birthday today aswell! ♥

After school me and Linn went to a café and shared a piece of cheesecake as to celebrate our birthday! I also got a cute piece of cake from her, I think they're called "Kissing-Cakes"? It was really sweet, because she said something like: "I got you one of those Kissing-Cakes since I like you so much" ♥

Later on that evening I went to dinner at the restaurant my older sister works at. The food was great, and when we got home I got some presents!

I got money from my grandmother and one of our old family friends, a gift card, more roses, a pair of Dr Marten's, new headphones and also 100 Euros for when me and my mother are going to Paris in April!

These were the shoes I got! I'm already in love with them ♥

As for today's outfit, I choose to wear very bright and light clothes! Which is actually kind of unusual for me, since I almost always wear at least one black/dark garment... Anyhow, I liked it! 

Ahh, and tomorrow's Whie Day, right? So I've gotten gifts for the two girls that gave me chocolate on valentine's day ♥ Waaahh, it makes me feel like a real bishounen!!!

Pizzas and Piercings

Hiya lovelies! ♥

Been a while...

Well, I was in Dubai for a week, and then I've been so exhausted this whole week that I just haven't found the energy to blog... Until now!

This friday I had a very lovely evening with Line ♥

 We had to babysit my little sister, but she fell asleep rather early and thus we tried out the most disgusting green liquor ever. And then we went out to buy pizza. The pizza was delicious. 

It was really nice, cutting the pizzas with scissors and eating sloppy while talking with our mouths full! 

Line stayed quite late, and after she'd left I fell asleep really quickly...

Saturday I got up really early, because I was veryvery excited! You see, I was going to get my first piercing! 

So me and my mother went to the piercing studio, and I got my naval pierced! It hurt, but it weren't as painful as I thought it was going to be and I'm really happy with the result!

After I got my piercing done I took the underground into the city and met up with an old friend of mine whom I haven't met in ages! It was lovely ♥

I only had time to see her a quickie tho, because then I needed to get home and get ready for Linn's birthday party! 

I wore my little black dress with one shoulder strap and a pink bow around my waist, and also added my white stay-ups as a nice little detail ♥

I really liked this party outfit, so I'll probably wear it at my own birthday party next weekend haha!

However, me and Becca thought it would be hilarious if we turned up at Linn's place in sweatpants and sweatshirts.

And thus we did.

Anyhow, the party was great! We ate good food, had food fights (Becca almost succeeded in placing a mozarella in Olivers shirt!), watched Melodifestivalen and just had a very lovely time! I hope my own party will be just as great!

It's quite funny, because Linn's birthday is the same day as mine! 13th of March! Except she's a year younger, but hey! Still the same day.

And now, I have just been sitting on my ass doing nothing since I got home this morning.

I think I'm going to watch a live DVD with my boys (coughgazettecough) and then go help mom with dinner! Tacos ♥

NärCon Winter - Home Again!

heyheyhey! 

i'm back from NärCon, and i'm so tired i could pass out any second. didn't get much sleep when sharing a hotel room and a queen-sized bed with Jonte and Bel.... waaaaaaayyy too much to talk about!

so! about the con!

it was really fun, and really cold! we met some very nice people and got much compliments for our cosplays, which was really nice!

First Day - Friday

Me and Bel took a train to Linköping at 10:29 in the morning, and arrived somewhere between 12:00-13:00! We then found the hotel, got our rooms (which we immediately managed to make extremely messy) and I put on the rest of my cosplay before we went to the con! We had to wait in line for almost two hours i think, and it was really cold!!
Shortly after we got in at the con, Laura, Mimmi and Jonte arrived!

I cosplayed E. Aster Bunnymund (aka the Easter bunny) from Rise of the Guardians the first day, and Bel cosplayed Jack Frost with me. The others didn't cosplay.

This is the only picture I have of that cosplay right now, but Laura took some great pictures so I'll upload some better looking ones when she shares the photos!

Day Two - Saturday

After talking with my roommates Bel and Jonte until like 02:00 AM it was rough getting up at 07:00, but we made it!! And had a lovely breakfast consisting mostly of cake. It was marvelous.

I cosplayed Austria/Roderich Edelstein from Hetalia the second day with Bel as Prussia/Gilbert Beilschmidt, and Jonte cosplayed Kanaya Maryam from Homestuck. Laura and Mimmi didn't cosplay.

Truly sorry for my lack of decent photos....... Tho, as said, I know for sure that Laura took some great photos! So have patience~

And here we have Jonte getting ready, and also a small part of our extremely messy bathroom!

Me and Bel befriended some really great and nice Hetalia cosplayers, and also attended a meet-up before changing into our Homestuck cosplays!

I cosplayed Sollux, and Bel cosplayed Aradia! Still, no other pics......

And after we returned to the hotel me, Bel and Jonte stayed up talking until like???? 04:00 AM??? It was lovely.

Day Three - Sunday

Rise of the last day. Which also is today.

Naturally, after staying up for so long after not getting much sleep the night before either, we managed to oversleep. So instead of getting up at 07:00 AM and then giving Laura and Mimmi a phonecall to wake 'em up; we slept until about 08:40. Yeah. Good job. A+

So we hurried down to the breakfast buffé and ate pancakes and cakes and drank juice of of shot glasses. What a balenced breakfast.

We then hurried to change into our clothes, Bel were the only one to cosplay today and she went as Jack Frost again.

 

I wore some of the new things I bought at the convention (a cat ears diadem, a lolita blouse, pink fishnets, pink and white metamorphose stockings, and a new necklace and ring), as shown in the left pic! In the right pic we have a very tired Bel as Jack Frost. We were all very tired.... And sick.......

So after chatting a bit with some friends and walking a final round at the con, we went to Espresso House to kill some time before mine, Bel's and Jonte's train would depart.

The Train Ride

We were quite exhausted, but we managed to keep up for a while before Jonte went to sleep.

 

Ssssssshhhhh, he's asleep......

  

 Bel tried to get some sleep too, but didn't succeed... I actually fell asleep for a short while!

And now I'm home! Super tired, ready to pass out... But nope, I have to unpack my things and then pack my bag again since I'm leaving for Dubai tomorrow. So I'll do that, and then get some sleep!
