Yumetenbo Heart Heels Review

As a gyaru with a tight budget I love Yumetenbo’s products since they’re fairly cheap and good quality.

The heart heeled shoes is probably one of their most well known products, and it’s understandable why!

I fell in love with this design immediately, and at the moment I own three different shoes with heart heels from Yumetenbo. This review will be on two of them that I use for hime outfits.

Design - 5 / 5

The design on theese shoes is impeccable! They’re insanely cute and gorgeous and perfect for hot summers!

The lace and ribbons on the white pair works fantastic and look perfect in white, while the lace, roses and pearls on the pink pair makes for a great cute look!

Comfort - 4 / 5

These shoes are surprisingly comfortable to walk in! However, if you’re walking a long distance, when out shopping for a whole day for example, you may get blisters and the comfort level isn’t as high anymore.

Price - 5 / 5

As always Yumetenbo offers great products to a great price! They’re very cheap, but shipping fees and customs can make them a bit more expensive. But they’re still cheep!

Durability - 3 / 5

Sadly these shoes aren’t always very durable.

The black plugs on the heels have a tendency to easily fall off. On both of these pairs I’ve had to replace the plugs after only using them once. This isn’t very expensive, however, and it’s definitely worth it.

My white pair also broke after about a year and got a big crack behind the heel. Since these shoes are made in hard plastic it’s sadly easy for this kind of damage to happen. I have not yet seen if it’s possible to get them repaired, but if the repair isn’t too expensive I will still think of it as a price I’m willing to pay for these super cute shoes!

Sweet 17

Last week I had my 17th birthday (March the 13th), which was spent with a fever in front of Lord of the Rings...

But even though I'd been down with a fever for three days straight, it was a nice birthday! I didn't mind just laying on the couch with LotR all day, and my girlfriend came by for a while to give me a birthday present (cigarettes and an AC/DC cd) so all in all it was nice! When my family came home later we had thai take out and I got to open my presents. The only downside to this birthday was actually that I couldn't spend it with my best friend, whom also has her birthday on march the 13th. 

The original plan for mine and Linn's birthday had been to go to our favourite restaurant with our families and partners, and then to go bowling, but since we both was sick we couldn't do any of that... But oh well!

Japanloppis!

Yoooo!

Today I went to the japanese flea market in Stockholm (Japanloppisen) with my homies Linn, Pella, Jonathan, Bel, Laura and Shiro! We had a great time, and I found some really nice stuff at the market!

These are the things I bought:

A pair of tattoo tights (loving them already!) with chains and a bird, leopard ring and necklace, a white bow with pearls, and a bag from Liz Lisa!

I am really happy with all of the things I bought, especially the bag! I got it really cheap too! (๑°꒵°๑)･*♡

The tattoo tights makes me want to get a similar tattoo ;3;;

I dolled up like crazy today, I even had a gold chain in my hair! My neck is so sore now, though, since my hair was so heavy on the side! Ugh, the things I go through for fashion...

But I felt very pleased with my look!

Tattoo + Shopping + Mindless Update

Hey cute-oos!

This week have been a bit of a bummer, but after spending friday night with my lovely girlfriend I feel way better and happier. Basically, now that I've recovered a bit from the horrible state I've been in this week, I feel like I'm ready to kick life in the butt again!

I'll spend the weekend at home, playing my bass, writing music, catching up on some TV-shows... Just doing mindless, lazy, things to rest up a bit and collect the pieces of myself. 

Might go christmas shopping with my mum tomorrow, though! 

Some good things that've happened this week though!
Mum made up her mind about me getting a tattoo, and after new years I'll get my tattoo!

The tattoo I'm going to get is these kanji on my right shoulder blade:

It's the title of GazettE's single "Miseinen" from 2004. 

As I've ranted about in an earlier post, this song means the world to me and without it I don't know what would've become of me. 

So this tattoo is something very important to me, and the fact that I'll be getting it in about two months makes me so happy.

I've also ordered some clothes! Yoohooo! Fight yo sadness with material happiness aww yes.

What I've ordered:

Pre-owned ma*rs top! 

I'm very excited about this item, since I've wanted to get my hands on some ma*rs clothes for a while now! It also has an open back, which I have a very soft spot for, and goes in some of my favourite colours; pink, black, and gold!

Pink maid dress!

I've wanted a maid dress for a while, and when I got my titan mask I kept giggling at the image of wearing a maid dress while wearing my titan mask. So I finally got one! 

Leopard dress, red pumps and leopard heels!

I also ordered these lovely items from DreamV/Yumetenbo!

I just love the combination of red and leopard, so I'll definitely wear the red pumps with the leopard dress!

I got the leopard shoes as well mainly because I'm beginning to develop a weak spot for leopard, and also because I really like the design of the ankle strap with the gold chains! I think these shoes will look great with a black outfit!

As you've may have noticed by these buys I'm beginning to take a huge liking to more "dark" and "sexy" styles.

When I began dressing gyaru I was all about the hime and cute looks, but lately I've found myself dressing a bit more rokku, a bit more "dark", "sexy" and "rebellious"! 

I've also been falling in love with d.i.a and ma*rs clothing, as well as oraora kei and ane gyaru styles. Basically, I like to mix things up and this is what I've got my eyes set on lately!

Before I dressed gyaru I often dressed very rock-ish, and my personality and views have always been pretty rough, borderline aggressive, rebellious, etc. Basically, my personality really don't match my style when I dress hime/cute, lol. 

I think it's kind of cool in a way, though! I like the heavy contrast between how I dress and act, the kind of music I listen to, etc. 

To end my rambling, here's a selca from this tuesday!

I recorded a tutorial while putting on my makeup that day, and if I can find the energy and time I'll try to edit it and put it up on my youtube channel!

Linn and Nellie's British Adventures

Hey there!

So, a couple of days ago me and Linn returned from London!

It was a great trip that consisted mostly of shopping and being rude in swedish to the poor brits (who couldn't understand shit) when they walked into us at the subway stations. Best part of going abroad: you can tell them to suck your dick and they won't understand a thing. 

So, let's write some about the trip, then!

Day 1 - Airplanes and KFC

So the first day of our british adventures was spent mostly in an airplane, watching AHS: Coven and taking silly pictures on my Mac. 

Beautiful.

After taking ground, we took a cab to the hotel and admired the christmas-feeling it had!

It was so pretty!

After a quick rest at the room, we then headed out to grab some KFC!

The left pic is me actually enjoying the rain (I've just missed London a lot, even the rain...) and the right pic is just us being dumb and the glorious british flag!

Day 2 - Rise of the shopping

The second day was the first "real" day, I'd say. 

After waking up Linn by playing some Backstreet Boys (which then became our jam the whole trip) we went down to the hotel breakfast and was left speechless. The breakfast was glorious! It had scrambled eggs, muffins (they we're so fluffy, but without being dry. like clouds...), croissants, applepie-things, fruit, berries, everything! Damn, I miss that breakfast...

Anyway, after stuffing our faces with food, we headed out into the big city!

Our first stop was the shopping centre Trocadero at Picadilly Circus, since there lies a store called Tokyo Toys where they sell various anime things, some japanese fashion items, and circle lenses!

We both got a pair of circle lenses each, some cute tights, and I also got myself a titan mask (which I then became attached to my body, I swear)!

Then we went to Oxford Street and visited a few shops, and also spent a lot of time at Primark! Damn, do I love Primark.

I got a hat with cat ears, an ugly christmas sweater (that jingles!), a jeans dress and two knickers!

We also went to Claire's, where I got three ribbons for my hair!

We also had lunch at Starbucks, where our inner Blue Mountain State freaks came out and we tried to get them to write "Thad Castle" and "Alex Moran" on our cups. The result was... varied.

Yeah...

I tried wearing buns with my wig that day, but after a while I took the buns out since they began falling apart... 

I liked wearing buns, and I probably will wear it again!

Day 2 - Shopping: The sequel

First we headed out to Camden Town, and after looking through most of it we went to Picadilly Circus again.

At Camden we both got ourself matching pairs of white stay-ups, garterbelts and fancy cigarette cases!

When we got to Picadilly again, we went to Tokyo Toys once more where I got another pair of cute tights that I'd been contemplating the day before and also bought a set of japanese candy! Yum!

However, before we got to Picadilly we accidentally stumbled into China Town!

And man, China Town was great!

We found some really great stores which sold rilakkuma stuff, Dolly Wink, Diamond Lash, Palty, etc! We also visited a shop that had a purikura! Of course we took some pics!

We also got matching Rilakkuma lighters, and I bought three packages of false lashes (one from toyoepin, one from Dolly Wink, and one from Diamond Lash). However, one of the packages managed to fall out of my bag later that day... That was a bummer for sure...

That night we had dinner at a indian restaurant, and it was delicious! 

Day 3 - Going Home

We had to get up very early for our flight, so both of us were very tired... We spent the flight watching Perks of Being a Wallflower and sleeping...

When we got home I didn't have much time to rest before I had to head over to rehearsal with DAiZiES. Man, I almost fell asleep on the floor...

But, all in all, it was a great trip and I am very satisfied with it!

About a week ago, I placed an order with a few Yumetenbo/DreamV items from Rakuten. And as I got home from work today (because yes, I'm working this week) I was greeted by a huge package at the post office! And my day went from 'nah ok' to 'sweet jesus god yes'

So, since my order arrived, I'm gonna make a post about it!

White Heart-Heel Ribbon Shoes

 My love for these shoes are infinite.
The design of the heel is gorgeous, and the many ribbons and lace makes them super cute!
I own another pair of heart-heeled Yumetenbo shoes, and the only negative thing I've noticed is that the black heel plug is very loose... I had to change the plugs of my other pair after using the shoes once.
They're surprisingly comfortable to walk in though!

 A while ago I noticed I didn't own much black shoes that went well with my darker outfits, and when I saw these shoes I just knew they'd be perfect!
I really like the design, I'm weak for ribbons...
The pink ribbons on the heels is a very nice touch!

Chocolate Brown and Pink Bunny Sweater

 I am so in love with this shirt.
I love the heart-shaped pockets, as well as the ribbons and bunny-ears.
I really like the colour combination of pink and brown as well!

It's also very cozy and extremely soft ♥

 Frilly Cream Camisole

 I like the design on this one a lot, but when I tried it on it looked a bit weird on me.
I will try to make a few adjustments with my sewing machine!

Pink Shorrts with Lace and Flowers

These shorts are just perfect.
They fit perfectly, and the design is just gorgeous!
They also look very cute together with the bunny sweater ♥

And that was it!

I'm also waiting for a pair of brown lenses to arrive, and when they do I'm going to try to make a review of them!

Besides that, I am working this week (as I mentioned earlier) which means that I won't be as active on my Instagram account since I don't bother to do the whole gyaru-thing when I'm just going to sit in an office all day... (except for tomorrow maybe, since I want to wear my new clothes and might hang out with a friend afterwards)
A place where I will be very active during my work hours, though, is Twitter! I am actually a very fast worker (and have been doing this work for a very long time, so I know the drill), and therefore can afford to tweet a lot during work and still finish my work on time ahah ~

I work at an office where I do very repetitive chores, which is quite boring to be honest... Though the chore I started with today (putting a stamp, adress and fill 800+ envelopes) is very easy, and once you get the hang of it you can watch movies and such while you're doing it! So I re-watched Shingeki no Kyojin during work today ~ ♥

Summer Break

Heyhey! ♥

I got summer break this wednesday, which is great! But it's also a bit sad, because this was my last year with my classmates. After this summer I'll start high school in a new school, with new people and new subjects. I'm actually quite excited! But, of course, it's sad to be separated from my old classmates... 

However! Since we're graduating from 9th grade, all 9th graders at our school attended a prom. Which was okay, but not that exciting. The big fun was when me and my class ditched prom and went to a lake to get drunk. It was great! And we got completely shitfaced. And I was really embarrassing, and accidentaly cut my feet open on broken glass and that's really all you need to know :-)))

Then came graduation day. It was sad. So very, very sad. We promised eachother we'd keep contact tho!

In Sweden it is tradition that all girls wear white dresses on all graduations  ~

And then came summer break. Beautiful summer break and lots of sleep!

Today, I went with some friends to a japanese inspired flea market in Stockholm!
Even though I told myself not to buy anything, I ended up buying a white harness, a DreamV skirt and some eyelashes ~

Worst Blogger In the World

Yeah, I really fucking suck at updating.

But! Here's a post. In which I'm going to write a whole lot'a shit.

I don't think there's been anything special that's happened since I last updated (but I'm super tired atm so I might be wrong...). Though one thing is, me and my band have gotten started!

Last Friday there was the annual Japanese themed flea market in Stockholm, and of course me and my friends went! I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but I did get my hand on a lovely bunny hoodie from Super Lovers, a pair of tattoo tights, and a pair of small devil horn's!

Yesterday me and my mom went to Ikea to buy some new furniture for my room since we decided it needed to be redecorated, so yesterday and today have been spent building together Ikea furniture.... (I'm never going to be a builder)((never))

Or, well, of course I went to school today also! So here's my outfit for today!

I wore a dress from Super Lovers I got last christmas, and a pair of polka-dotted red ballerina shoes with a small heel, open toes and a ribbon in the front♥

Nellie's French Adventures

So as I mentioned in my last post, I went to Paris with my mother over the weekend!

It was all lovely, and we did an awful lot of shopping *byebye money*

I also ate crème brulè every fucking day and it was fan-fucking-tastic.

Thursday - First day in Paris

On Thursday we got up super early (04:45 in the morning to be more precise) and went to the airport. After buying a big cup of coffee we settled onto the plane and three hours later we landed in Paris!

First impression? Cold as fuck and windy as hell. But you know, that's cool. 'Cause it's Paris and stuff.

The first thing we did after checking in at the hotel was going to the Disney store. Both me and my mom was so excited hahah! 

We then went to Abercrombie & Fitch, mostly because my mom wanted to but I did find a cute pair of shorts there! uvu I felt horrible in there tho :( The music was so loud, it reeked of perfume, people everywhere and almost no light at all. In the end, I got so upset by the surroundings that I went around and stepped on peoples heels by purpose. Oops.

After that we took a walk into another part of town and  did some more shopping! We also stopped two times to drink some coffee (or kir royal in my ma's case) uvu

Friday - Second day in Paris
This day we took the metro (truly an adventure, i must say) into a part of Paris called Bastille, where the Angelic Pretty shop is situated! I was so excited. Sadly, I came to be slightly disappointed since all of the dresses and clothing were like double the price on AP's website... But I bought a bag and Twin Etoile stockings and headbow atleast! I just couldn't stand leaving the shop empty-handed, you know?

Anyway, we then went back to the part of Paris were we stayed and continue our shopping spree at Lafayette, which is a very, very, very large warehouse full of expensive clothes (i didn'yt have to money to buy a single thing in there..)
I also managed to get lost in there. In that huge place. Away from my Ma. yikes. :( felt like I was like 6 years old all over again hahah


Later that evening we went out to dinner at a fancy french restaurant with a french friend of my mother's!

Saturday - Third day in Paris

This day we felt the need to do something cultural, and thus we went to the castle of Versailles!
It was sooooo beautiful! And I got a sudden urge to decorate my future apartment sort of like the interior of the castle Versailles hahah ♥

That day I also finished reading my book, LIGHT, and oh goodness how I cried. I'll make a separate post about LIGHT later when I've recovered emotionally....

Sunday - Going home

Sunday we just went to the airport and went home. And I ate some delicious motherfucking waffle-cakes with chocolate and I think I died and came to heaven. Wow.

I would've blogged about this yesterday when I got home, but I was simply too tired...
So I did it today instead!
